The Kansas City Chiefs have acquired G/C Andy Alleman and G Ike Ndukwe from the Miami Dolphins for undisclosed compensation, a league source told Scout.com.

Alleman was running with the third team offense in training camp for the Dolphins, but started four games last season and appeared in 15.

The versatile lineman likely will compete for playing time with the Chiefs in backup of starting RG Mike Goff.

Alleman was originally selected by the New Orleans Saints in the third-round of the 2007 draft.

Ndukwe started 15 games at right guard for the Dolphins last season. He was moved to right tackle this offseason.
