One quarterback completed 66 percent of his passes for 177 yards and two touchdowns, committing no turnovers. The other quarterback completed 61.5 percent of his passes for 241 yards and one touchdown, but threw two interceptions and squandered a scoring opportunity. One quarterback was a sought-after player who signed a $63 million contract. The other was an afterthought.
