2007: Earned PFW/PFWA All-Rookie Team honors after playing in 16 contests with 8 starts. He led all rookies with six sacks. It was the second-best single-season total for a rookie in team history, eclipsed only by Santana Dotson’s 10 in 1992. Adams registered 55 tackles, six sacks, two forced fumbles and four passes defensed.

2006: Unanimous first-team all-America selection at defensive end after registering 12.5 sacks as a senior. ... Finished with 28 career sacks.
